Presentation submissions for #SAS26 Hong Kong are now open. Help shape the programme and submit by 9 June.

Presentation submissions are now officially open for TheStadiumBusiness ASIA 2026 (#SAS26) – taking place in Hong Kong from 13–15 October 2026.

The event will once again bring together leaders from across the stadium, venue, sports and live entertainment industries to explore the technologies, partnerships and operational strategies redefining the future of venues and fan experiences across APAC.

From today, venue operators, stadium executives, sports organisations, architects, consultants, technology providers and industry innovators are invited to submit presentation ideas, case studies and discussion topics to help shape the #SAS26 programme.

We are looking for fresh insights and practical experiences across the APAC region, including:

  • Smart stadiums and venue technology;
  • Fan experience and venue operations;
  • AI, data and digital transformation;
  • Venue sustainability and ESG initiatives;
  • Security, crowd management and access control;
  • Commercial partnerships and premium experiences;
  • Infrastructure innovation and future venue design;
  • Real-world operational case studies and lessons learned.

As always, the programme will focus on the conversations and challenges most relevant to venue leaders today — combining strategic insight with practical takeaways from across APAC and beyond.

We are also excited to hear fresh perspectives from across the industry. Whether you are leading innovation within your organisation, delivering impactful projects, or shaping strategy within the sector, we welcome ideas and insights that can help move the industry forward.

This is your opportunity to influence the conversations that will define the next generation of stadiums and live experiences across the region.

Submission deadline: Tuesday, 9 June 2026.
