Against this evolving backdrop #SAS25 is delighted to welcome Patit “Joe” Suphaphongs, Executive Director & Director of Global Affairs, BG Sports Company as a guest keynote to this edition.
In addition to sports and media rights, BG Sports Company – a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass Public – manages Thai League 1 team BG Pathum United FC and BG Stadium in Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani. His role is focused on strategic growth through innovative business development, OTT content management, football infrastructure, international partnerships, and sports technology initiatives.
With over 18 years of experience in football management across clubs, federations, and confederations, Joe brings a well-rounded perspective to both the business and technical sides of the sport. He previously served as General Secretary of the Football Association of Thailand (2016–2024), leading national football operations, youth development programs, and collaborations with FIFA and the AFC.
Joe’s expertise spans beyond football, encompassing information technology, creative design, digital media, and visual communications. His professional background includes work with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), adding a global dimension to his portfolio.
