#SAS24 Expert Tours: Kai Tak Sports Park

Hong Kong’s Sports Minister Kevin Yeung has stated that Kai Tak Sports Park is on course to open in March, while the 50,000-seat stadium that anchors the complex has achieved technical compliance status from the government.

The three major event venues at Kai Tak Sports Park – Kai Tak Stadium, Kai Tak Arena, and Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground – have now met all required standards and regulatory requirements and are nearing completion. They are gearing up for their grand opening in the first half of 2025 following various testing activities and trial operations.

Kai Tak Sports Park has been designed by Populous and its lead operator is ASM Global. It is the host destination for our second TheStadiumBusiness Asia #SAS24 from 16 – 18 October 2024. Read more on TheStadiumBusiness.com.
